Before you commit
Clinics get the regulated activities wrong more often than any other service type in this list, usually by registering for too little. Adding an activity later is possible; explaining why you were operating without it is harder.
If clinicians work under practising privileges rather than as employees, decide early how you will evidence credentialling, scope of practice and indemnity, because that is what will be asked for.
