Domiciliary care is the cheapest regulated service to start and the hardest to staff. The registration is the straightforward part; recruitment and retention are what decide whether the business works.
Think about geography before you apply. A service covering too wide an area spends its margin on travel time and cannot supervise properly — and CQC will ask how you intend to.
