CQC registration pack.
£9,999 placeholder
A statement of purpose template, the supporting documents, an application checklist, and the questions you will be asked at interview. Everything we would use ourselves, without us attached.
What it is for
Getting an application through without the months of returned submissions that most first-time applicants go through.
Applications are rarely refused outright. They are returned, repeatedly, because something was answered before it was worked out. The pack exists to make you do the working first, in the order that actually holds together, so that the form becomes somewhere to write down answers you already have.
The statement of purpose template is the centre of it. Not a document to fill in and submit, but a structure that forces the decisions: who the service is for, who it is not for, what happens on an ordinary day, and who is accountable for what. Everything else in your application gets checked against it, so it is worth getting right first.
The interview questions matter for the same reason. They are not a script to memorise. They are there so you can read your own application as a stranger would and find the sentences you could not defend for two minutes without notes.
Not sure you are ready to apply?
The readiness check will tell you which of the four areas is behind before you spend anything.
Who it is for
And who it is not for.
First-time applicants
People who have run services for other providers and are now registering their own, and who know the care but have never been through the application from the other side.
Applications that keep coming back
If you have already submitted and are on the second or third round of requests for information, the pack will usually show you what is actually being asked for.
Not for complex or contested cases
If there is enforcement history, a previous refusal, or a fit person concern, a document pack is the wrong tool. Ring us instead and we will tell you honestly what you are dealing with.
What it does not do
Worth saying plainly, because most people buying a pack are hoping otherwise.
It does not write your service for you. The templates are structures. What goes in them has to be true about the service you are actually opening, and a reader who assesses these for a living can tell the difference immediately.
It does not submit anything. You keep control of the application and of what is said in your name.
It does not shorten the regulator's timescales. Nothing does. What it removes is the delay you add yourself by answering questions in the wrong order.
It does not replace advice on a difficult case. If the answer to something is genuinely unclear for your circumstances, that is a conversation, not a document.
If you work through the pack and conclude you are not ready to apply yet, it has done its job. That is a much cheaper conclusion to reach at a desk than four months into a returned application, and it is the outcome for a reasonable number of people who use it.
Price to confirm
Pricing for the packs is not settled yet and nothing here is an offer. There is no checkout on this site.
If you want to know what is in it in detail, or whether it is the right thing for your situation, ask us. We would rather tell you it is not what you need than sell you the wrong document.
Ask which one you need. It is a much shorter conversation.
Thirty minutes, no charge, no obligation. Tell us where you are with the application and we will tell you whether this pack helps or whether something else would.
