Accessibility statement
How accessible this website is, the standard it aims at, and what to do if something is not usable.

What we are aiming for
We want this site to be usable by everybody, including people using a screen reader, a keyboard alone, magnification or speech recognition. We aim to meet WCAG 2.2 level AA.
What we have done
- Text and background colours are checked for contrast, and colour is never the only way information is given — every result in every tool is also stated in words.
- The site works from a keyboard, and focus is always visible.
- Headings are properly structured, form fields are labelled, and the site reflows to a phone without horizontal scrolling.
- Motion is reduced automatically if your device asks for that.
- Text can be resized without content being lost.
Where we know we fall short
We have not yet completed a full test of this site with assistive technology, so this statement does not list specific failures. We would rather say that plainly than imply the site has been checked when it has not. When that testing is done, what it finds will be published here.
If part of this site does not work for you, tell us and we will give you the information another way — by phone, by email, or in a different format. That is not a favour; it is how it should work.
Telling us about a problem
Email [email protected] or ring 020 3856 8549. We will reply within five working days.
If you are not satisfied with our response, the Equality Advisory and Support Service can help.
