Request consultancy support
Tell us what you need, and we will tell you what it takes.
This is the longer form, for when you already know roughly what you want doing. Ten questions, about five minutes, and you will get a scope, a price and a timetable back rather than a sales call.
This form
You know what you want doing
A mock inspection, a registration, a rate review, a property appraisal. Tell us the shape of it and we will come back with what it would take.
The contact page
You are not sure yet
Something has happened and you want to talk it through first. Use the shorter form or ring — it is a better route for a problem you cannot yet name.
The phone
It is urgent
A notice with a date on it, an embargo, a safeguarding meeting this week. Do not fill anything in. Ring 020 3856 8549.
The brief
Answer what you can. An incomplete brief is still far more useful than a blank one, and we will ask about the rest.
What comes back
- A scope. What we would actually do, in the order we would do it, and what we would not do.
- A price. Fixed wherever it can be fixed. Where it cannot, a range and what moves it.
- A timetable. Including the parts that are not ours to control, such as a regulator's or a planning authority's.
- An honest view. If some of what you have asked for is not worth doing, we will say which part and why.
How quickly
We come back within two working days, sooner if you have told us there is a date on it. A proposal usually follows within a few days of the first conversation.
Nothing is sold on the first call. If we are not the right people, we will say so and point you at whoever is.
If there is a date on it
A notice, a deadline, an embargo or a meeting this week — ring rather than fill this in. Deadlines do not wait for an inbox.

How we price work
Three ways, and we will tell you which one fits before you commit to anything.
Fixed
A defined piece of work
A mock inspection, a registration application, a property appraisal, a costing review. Known scope, known price, agreed before we start.
Programme
Work with a beginning and an end
A turnaround, a governance rebuild, a growth project. Priced as a programme with stages, so you can stop at the end of one if you want to.
On hand
Available, by arrangement
Some clients want somebody to ring. That can be arranged — but as a decision you make deliberately, never as an open-ended retainer that renews while nobody is looking.
