About us
We are a specialist consultancy for CQC and Ofsted regulated care businesses in England. One team covers the whole life of a service: starting it, keeping it compliant, fixing it when it goes wrong, growing it, and eventually selling it.
Plenty of people will inspect your service and hand you a list. We would rather roll our sleeves up, write the policy, sit in the meeting and take the phone call at seven in the evening when the inspector has just left.

The Care Business Consultants brings together work that used to sit under two names. My Care Business and MCB-Hub have been retired and their services, pricing and client work now run through this single practice.
Owners were being asked to work out which of our brands to approach. That is our problem to solve, not theirs. One brand means one route in and one team accountable for the answer.
