A clinician on a contract is not clinical oversight
Services supporting people with complex needs are expected to demonstrate access to relevant clinical expertise and clear multidisciplinary oversight. Having a name on a rota is not the same as either.
Integrating them is the harder problem
Complex care needs the right disciplines involved — in care planning, behavioural support, rehabilitation, safeguarding, governance. Getting them involved is one problem.
Where clinical roles are not clearly defined and not aligned to governance, you end up with clinical opinion that nobody acts on and clinical accountability nobody holds.
That shows up in exactly the places you would expect: incident reviews, care plan quality, and what happens when something goes wrong at two in the morning.
If it is not working already
Where you have clinicians involved and it still is not working, that is usually a structure problem rather than a people problem.
Ask usWhat it is
Three things, and none of them is a recruitment exercise.
Matched to the service
We start from your model, your regulatory scope and the needs of the people you support, and work out which disciplines are actually required.
Defined roles
Who does what, who they report to, and where their input lands in the record.
Aligned to governance
So clinical involvement produces oversight rather than correspondence.
What it covers, and what it does not
We identify and coordinate. We do not employ the clinicians and we are not a clinical provider — the practitioners are engaged by you, on your terms.
Fees are quoted before any work starts. Nothing on this page is an offer.
Who it is for
Complex care providers
Registering, or expanding into support with higher clinical need.
Services told they lack clinical oversight
By CQC, or by a commissioner reviewing a placement.
Providers whose MDT exists on paper
And has never quite worked in practice.
Tell us who is already involved
Most of the answer is in what you already have and how it is arranged. That is a better place to start than a recruitment plan.

Oversight, not correspondence.
