No. The Hub is available on its own. Plenty of subscribers never book a day of consultancy, and that is a perfectly good outcome.
Yes. The audit templates and evidence structure cover both regulators, and the framework language changes to match the service you set up.
You do. Export is available at any time and remains available if you cancel.
A single service is usually usable the same day. Migrating an existing document library and training matrix takes longer and we can quote for doing it for you.
Monthly, cancellable with a month of notice. We would rather you stayed because it is useful.
