A small, deliberately limited window onto what is moving. Care businesses and care properties only. Every entry is anonymised, carries a reference number, and resolves to a registration form rather than a set of contact details.
The majority of our transactions are matched privately, off this page, from a register of buyers we already know. Sellers who want discretion get it, and buyers who register early see things first.
Serious buyers register. It costs nothing and it is the only way to see the full picture.
Tell us the service types, regions, size and funding mix you are actually interested in, and how you are funding the purchase. It takes a few minutes and puts you on the buyer register.
There is no searchable database here and there never will be. A person compares your brief against what is on the register and tells you when something genuinely fits.
Once a non disclosure agreement is signed and the seller has approved release, you get the name, the accounts, the ratings history, the staffing picture and the property position.
Buy with your eyes open. That starts with us not putting a seller at risk to get your attention.
Entries appear on this page only once the owner has signed off the anonymised wording. Everything else moves privately between the register and the buyers it fits. If nothing is showing publicly today, that is not a quiet market, it is a discreet one.
Your business is never publicly listed without your written approval. Nothing goes on this page, into an email or in front of a buyer until you have read the exact wording and agreed to it.
Most owners we act for never appear here at all. We take the brief, work the register, and bring you a shortlist of people who can actually complete.
Buildings follow the same rules. Reference numbered, anonymised, and only released when the owner has approved the wording. Suitability for registration is assessed before anything is described as care ready.
